Terms of Service

What this site is

AIM builds and operates audience monetization systems for creators: offers, funnels and sales operations. This site presents that service and lets you apply to work with us. Submitting an application starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, and neither does anything else on this site. Actual engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.

No guaranteed results

Revenue outcomes depend on your audience, your niche, your offer and your participation. Any numbers shown on this site describe specific past engagements, not a promise of what you will earn. Nothing here is financial, legal or investment advice.

Your application

You confirm the information you submit is accurate and yours to share. We may decline any application at our discretion and are not obligated to respond to every submission.

Intellectual property

The site, its branding, artwork, copy and code belong to AIM or its licensors. Do not copy, scrape or reuse them without written permission. Feedback you send us can be used by us without obligation.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the site: no automated scraping, no attempting to break or overload it, no submitting content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.

Third-party services

Booking runs on Calendly and analytics run on Google and Microsoft services, each under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim related to the site is capped at one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If your misuse of the site causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting costs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [State pending LLC formation, Florida or Delaware], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the courts of that state.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
