This policy explains what data we collect on this site, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. Plain language, no burying.
Who we are
AIM (legal entity: Audience Into Money LLC, formation in progress) runs this site. For anything privacy related, contact us at hello@audienceintomoney.com [placeholder].
What we collect
- Application data you give us: name, email, your audience channel and size, what you currently sell and revenue ballpark, plus anything you add in free text fields. Collected only when you submit the application form.
- Analytics data (only if you accept cookies): pages viewed, clicks, scrolls, approximate location, device and browser info. Microsoft Clarity additionally records anonymized session replays and heatmaps of how the page is used. None of this runs before you accept.
- Consent record: your cookie choice, stored in your browser (localStorage), not on our servers.
Why we collect it
- Application data: to evaluate your application and contact you about it. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
- Analytics: to understand how the site performs and improve it. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.
Who processes it
Your data passes through these providers, each under their own safeguards:
- Vercel Inc. (site hosting, USA)
- Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4, if you consent)
- Microsoft Corporation (Clarity session analytics, if you consent)
- Our own workflow server and internal notification channels, used to route your application to our team
- Calendly LLC (call booking, only if you use the booking step)
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Transfers outside the EU/EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards operated by the providers above.
Cookies and how to change your mind
If you visit from a region whose law requires opt-in consent (EU/EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil), analytics load only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. Elsewhere, analytics run by default and you can opt out via the notice shown on your first visit or the Cookie settings link in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals: with GPC on, nothing runs without your explicit consent. Changing or withdrawing your choice any time: Cookie settings, in the footer. Declining keeps the site fully functional.
How long we keep it
- Applications: for as long as we are evaluating them, and up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete sooner.
- Analytics: per the default retention of Google Analytics (up to 14 months) and Microsoft Clarity (up to 12 months).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR in the EU/EEA, CCPA/CPRA in California, and similar laws elsewhere), you can:
- Ask what data we hold about you and get a copy
- Correct it or have it deleted
- Object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Complain to your local data protection authority

Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes get a visible notice on the site.
